Keith had caused damage at Lincoln County Hospital whilst drunk. One of the staff on duty that night asked us to deliver a message to him.

Her message was delivered, namely that there are consequences to our actions and we each must choose how we behave. She also wanted to tell him that she shouldn’t have to go to work to be verbally abused, although it happens regularly. Keith relayed a message back to her that he knows he has a problem with his behaviour when he drinks and that he feels like he can’t help it. He appreciated the opportunity to hear her thoughts and to be heard in return.
